Adding a new user to Replicon is a quick and easy process. Just be mindful to make sure that the user hasn't been created already as duplicate users can cause issues.
To start, select the Administration tab at the top right, then select 'Users'
From here you can search, create, and edit all employees in the Replicon system. Once you are at this page, I would do a quick search for the employee you wish to add to make sure they aren't in the system already. When you are ready to create the new user simply select 'Add User'.
Below, I have highlighted all the fields necessary to add a new user. Note: Employee ID and Login Name will both need to be the NetSuite ID of the employee. Make sure you make the Employee Type 'Full-Time Hourly' and not 'Administrator', and that the Supervisor who will be approving the hours is added on this screen.(One supervisor per employee)
After you save the employees basic information it will take you to their user page which you will need to tweak so they can clock in and out, request time off, be in the correct timezone, and have the proper roles. I will highlight all those that you need to modify to create an hourly employee.
First in 'Punch Time Entry' make sure they are given Cloud Clock Access which will allow them to use our devices.
In Timesheets make sure they have 'Punch Time Sheet' selected in Timesheet template.
